Ground & architecture
150 × 140 m indicative playing boundary; 26 × 24 m turf square. Four stands, south pavilion, west media facilities, four practice lanes, four floodlight masts and a landscaped arrival plaza.
Pitch and creases follow MCC Laws 6–9. Boundary size, orientation and all building dimensions are project assumptions.

Modeled seats are counted individually. This does not establish approved occupancy. Wheelchair spaces and companion seats are reported separately. Proposed access and representative sightlines require specialist analysis.
